Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Estonia Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Estonia's iOS navigation and maps app landscape was marked by diverse download trends, as observed from Sensor Tower data.

Google Maps demonstrated a fluctuating download pattern. Starting the quarter with 710 downloads, it peaked at 902 in the week of October 21, before ending the year with 710 downloads again.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a gradual increase in downloads, beginning with 561 and reaching a high of 655 in the week of October 21. By the end of December, downloads slightly decreased to 602.

Google Earth experienced a significant spike in downloads mid-December, jumping from previous weeks in the low hundreds to 683 in the week of December 16. However, this surge was short-lived, with figures dropping to 289 by the end of the month.

NaviCup had a varied quarter as well. After a promising start with 164 downloads, numbers dwindled towards the end of the year, falling to just 21 in the last week of December.

Lastly, Yandex Maps & Navigator maintained relatively low download numbers throughout the quarter. A slight increase was noticed in the week of December 23 with 121 downloads, but it concluded the year with 72.
